
Anna is an experienced and compassionate clinical psychologist who provides trauma-informed therapy to adults. Anna co-founded East Sydney Psychologists in 2017 and since then has been providing therapy services to the local communities in Maroubra and the eastern suburbs.
Anna is experienced in treating a diverse range of psychological concerns and populations, and has particular expertise in treating Anxiety Disorders, Trauma, Complex Trauma and PTSD. Her primary therapeutic approach is Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, which she has used extensively in her clinical practice since 2022. Alongside EMDR Therapy, Anna integrates parts-based approaches, drawing on her training in Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1 with Emma Diamond and Georgie Cooke) and training in Structural Dissociation.

She regularly undertakes advanced training in EMDR Therapy, complex trauma and dissociation with respected leaders in the field, to ensure her clients receive safe and effective care, guided by the latest research and practice.
Anna is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society, the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA) and The Australian Clinical Psychology Association.

Natasha is a psychologist with a warm and empathetic nature. She provides personalised treatment to adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. She has worked in private practice for several years and co-founded East Sydney Psychologists in 2017 with the aim to provide psychology services to clients in the eastern suburbs and inner west. Natasha holds a Masters in Forensic Psychology.
Natasha has a particular interest and extensive experience providing therapeutic services for clients with anxiety and depressive disorders (including OCD and Health Anxiety), as well as addictions. Her approach is collaborative and flexible, uniquely tailored to suit each client's individual needs and help them work towards their mental health goals.

Kirsty Vidler
Kirsty has a warm and friendly approach to therapy, and is committed to helping clients feel safe and comfortable. Kirsty works collaboratively with clients, assisting them to making meaningful changes and to improve their quality of life.
Kirsty has been a registered psychologist for almost 20 years and has worked with a wide range of clients. She has worked in both public and private settings including university student support, treatment research, drug and alcohol counselling, and clinical supervision of provisional psychologists and counsellors.
Kirsty enjoys working with adults with a broad range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, substance use issues, workplace issues, grief and loss, and relationship difficulties. She uses tools and strategies from a range of evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Kirsty is flexible and adapts treatment to suit the individual’s needs.
Kirsty works with adults, and is available on Thursdays.
